TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 1) 2000

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Secretary of Commerce gives the following Notice.

NOTICE

Title — This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2000.
Commencement — This Notice comes into force on 1 April 2000.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended — The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 8508.10.00, 8508.20.00, and 8508.80.00, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended — The Tariff is hereby further amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items 8508.90.00 01C, 8531.90.09 10D, and 8531.90.09 30J, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
