Road Stopped and Land Acquired for River Protection Purposes in the Grey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares that portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and declares that it be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 2A/115;

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares that the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for river protection purposes.
