Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the section 24 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Canterbury, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (public utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

26.0800 hectares, more or less, being Section 2, S.O. 20189, All New Zealand Gazette 1979, page 3029. Subject to easement in Document K. 615984.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a wahi tapu, to be known as Te Pa O Kahui Moka for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Te Pa O Kahui Moka.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment—Leslie Road, South Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to Section 114 (1), declares that the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the South Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to Sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 21A/1111, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

(c) Pursuant to Sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 21A/1114, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

(d) Pursuant to Sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120(3), declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 21A/1110, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

(e) Pursuant to Sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 49A/3, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

(f) Pursuant to Sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 60C/421 subject to the encumbrances thereon.
