Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Bethel Christian School, Te Awamutu.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 1st day of March 2000.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.

The Resource Management (Approval of Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:
Notice
- Title and Commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Approval as Requiring Authority—Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority, under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network operation for the distribution and transmission by pipeline of petroleum and in particular for the construction, installation, maintenance, upgrading, development and redevelopment of the network of pipelines for the offloading, transfer (between storage facilities) and back loading of petroleum at the ports (referred to in the application).

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 August 1998, Issue No. 125, page 3032, notice No. 6092 for Codalax oral suspension add between lines 11 and 12,
and for Codalax Forte oral suspension add between lines 16 and 17
Condition: This medicine may only be used for the prevention or treatment of constipation in the terminally ill.
