Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Kenton Trawling Co Limited proposes to amalgamate with Pioneer Fisheries Co. Limited and New Zealand Seafood Development Co Limited.

Upon amalgamation, the amalgamated company will be Kenton Trawling Co Limited. The date of the proposed amalgamation is the 14th day of April 2000, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Any shareholder or creditor of any of the above-named companies or any person to whom any of the above companies is obligated may inspect any copies of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of the above companies during normal business hours, and shall be entitled to receive a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of charge upon request to any of the above companies.
