Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, David Bryden Davidson, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Mid-Northern Drainage Limited (in liquidation).

The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of March 2000.
