On the 7th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kerikeri Video Club Limited be liquidated and that Jack Peter Poutsma, chartered accountant of Pahia, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of March 2000.
