We, the undersigned, do hereby certify that we have entered into partnership under the style of Ilton & Oxford Investments Limited & Company which firm consists of:
James Anthony Frank Wadham of No. 3A Sun House, 90 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan in Hong Kong S.A.R., China, as a Special Partner; and
Ilton & Oxford Holdings Limited (in its capacity as trustee of The Ilton & Oxford Family Trust) at Level Five, West Plaza, corner of Albert and Fanshawe Streets, in the City of Auckland, as a Special Partner; and
Ilton & Oxford Investments Limited at Level One, Central Bank of Samoa Building, Beach Road in the City of Apia, Samoa, as a General Partner.
The amount of capital contributed by the said James Anthony Frank Wadham being US$18,200.00 (eighteen thousand two hundred United States dollars) and the said
