Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Edwin George Burnett, property manager of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income on the 17th day of January 2000, by The Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited, pursuant to the powers conferred in a first registered mortgage granted by Dickens & Hastings Limited (“the mortgagor”) dated the 1st day of August 1997 and registered on the 13th day of August 1997 as 663687.3 (“the mortgage”) over the land described and comprised in certificates of title M4/1340 and 80/161 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).

The receiver of income shall be the agent of the Mortgagor.
