Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation for hospital purposes, over the land described in the Schedule below.

3035 square metres, more or less, being Sections 337, 339 and 341, Town of Greymouth. All certificate of title 2A/920.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, revokes the notice classifying and naming a reserve dated the 7th day of December 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 December 1999, No. 193, page 4615 and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Classification and Naming of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Purakaunui Stream Scenic Reserve.

23.5100 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 24298, situated in Block VI, Woodland Survey District, held in part certificate of title 16B/501.

Road Realignment—Geraldine-Arundel Road, Timaru District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Timaru District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (7) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the local purpose (scout camp) reserve, 464404.1.

(c) Pursuant to section 117 (7), declares the portions of stopped government road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in the local purpose (scout camp) reserve, 464404.1.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in the local purpose (scout camp) reserve, 464404.1.
