The notice was headed Amai’s Hotel Limited.

It should have been headed McArthur Holdings Limited.

The text of the notice made it clear that the receiver had been appointed in relation to McArthur Holdings Limited.

A very sincere apology is extended to Amai’s Hotel Limited for any inconvenience this may have caused.
