Road Realignment—Mountfield Road, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares that, pursuant to section 20 (1) and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Whangarei District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and

(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 105B/500, subject to mortgage No. D. 543724.2;

(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 127A/543, subject to mortgage No. C. 688393.3;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is taken under section 119(1) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
