Provisional Consent to the Distribution of a New Medicine

Pursuant to section 23 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby provisionally consents to the sale, supply or use in New Zealand of the new medicine set out in the Schedule hereto:

Dosage Form: Solution for infusion

Note: This consent is valid for 2 years from the date of publication of this notice.

Local Government Act 1974

Local Government Boundary Alteration Notice 2000

Pursuant to section 37P (2) (b) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Local Government gives the following notice:

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Local Government Boundary Alteration Notice 2000.

(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the day it is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

Part One

Clutha District

  1. Boundaries of Clutha District—The seaward boundaries of Clutha District are extended to the mean low water springs.

  2. Wards—(1) The area included in Clutha District by clause 2 of this notice is included in the adjacent wards of the district.

(2) Clause 8 (1) of this notice applies to the boundaries of wards of Clutha District as if they were boundaries of a territorial authority district.

Part Two

Manukau City

  1. Interpretation—In this Part of this notice:

“S.O. Plan” means an S.O. Plan certified by the Manager, Local Government Services, Department of Internal Affairs, on 17 October 2000 and deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the North Auckland Land District.

  1. Boundaries of Manukau City—(1) The seaward boundaries of Manukau City are extended to the boundary delineated on S.O. Plan 63495.

(2) The boundaries of Manukau City are as delineated on S.O. Plan 63495.

  1. Wards—(1) The areas included in Manukau City by this notice are included in the adjacent ward of Manukau City as provided by subclause (2) of this clause.

(2) The boundaries of the wards of Manukau City are as delineated on the following S.O. Plans:

  • Pakuranga Ward S.O. Plan 63501
  • Howick Ward S.O. Plan 63502
  • Clevedon Ward S.O. Plan 63503
  • Manurewa Ward S.O. Plan 63504
  • Mangere Ward S.O. Plan 63505
  • Papatoetoe Ward S.O. Plan 63506
  • Otara Ward S.O. Plan 63507
  1. Communities—The areas included in a ward by clause 6 are included in the community comprising the area of that ward.

Part Three

General

  1. Definition of boundaries—(1) Wherever the boundary of a district to which this notice applies meets the boundary of another territorial authority district at the mean high water mark, the boundary of the district extends from that point along a line running at 90 degrees from the line of the mean high water mark to the point where the boundary meets the line of the mean low water springs.

(2) Nothing in this notice has the effect of excluding from Clutha District or Manukau City any area included in that district before this notice comes into force.

Pursuant to the Marriage Act 1955, the Registrar-General of Marriages hereby gives notice as follows.

  1. This notice may be cited as the Marriage (Approval of Organisations) Notice No. 12.

  2. The organisations specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be approved organisations for the purpose of the Marriage Act 1955.
