Notice is hereby given that orders were made by the District Court at Blenheim against:

Michael Jamie Kerr to confiscate a Holden Camira motor vehicle, registration No. MQ 4509;

Jeremiah Buchanan Riddell to confiscate a Ford Sierra 2.0S motor vehicle, registration No. MM 146;

Thomas Peter Swale to confiscate a motor vehicle, registration No. JN 7591;

Christopher David Thompson to confiscate a Honda Accord EXR motor vehicle, registration No. OZ 9357; and

Nigel Bruce Wallace to confiscate a Honda Accord motor vehicle, registration No. LP 3607.

Any person who has a legal interest in these motor vehicles should contact the Registrar urgently as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.

On 7 December 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Stephen Trevor Weller was convicted of the following offence – driving with excess breath alcohol – and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that the following motor vehicle:

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
