Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies must remove Gladstone Property Holdings Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Sixth Floor, General Building, 29 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 219 of the Act.
