Take notice that on the 9th day of November 2000, an application for putting Evergreen Fisheries Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 18th day of December 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The plaintiff is the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries, whose address for service is at the offices of Scannell Wrigley & Co, Solicitors, 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.
