Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Under section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations Manager of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

Schedule

Otago Land District—Central Otago District

61.5 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 300399. No certificate of title.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation for off-street parking over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land shall vest in the Hutt City Council in fee simple.

Wellington Land District—Hutt City

1351 square metres, more or less, being Lot 239, D.P. 15428, subject to pipeline certificate registered as K. 42451. G.N. 460565.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Grey District Council in Fee Simple and How to Utilise its Value

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land vests in the Grey District Council in fee simple, provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the land is paid by council into its reserves account to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Westland Land District—Grey District

2529 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 1562, situated in Block IX, Arnold Survey District.

Education Land Act 1949

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Land Act 1949, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.
