Graeme Richard Mansfield has continued to practise as a solicitor on his own account under the name of Holderness Dennehy Partners.

Dennehy Partners and Geoffrey Hewit Myles has continued to practise as a solicitor on his own account under the name of Myles Law.

Both legal firms continue to operate in Hastings.

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton proposes to restore the following companies to the Register of Companies:

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 328 (1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies were carrying on business or in operation, or some other reasons existed for the companies to remain on the Register at the time that they were removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of these companies to the Register must deliver notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Hamilton within 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal dated the 16th day of November 2000, are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Kiwi Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited, or any person to whom the company or Kiwi Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the company situated at 3 Blind Creek Road, Tua Marina, Marlborough, or of Kiwi Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited at Whareroa Road, Hawera.
