I, Steven James Benham, being a director authorised by the board of International Corporate Trustee Services Limited, having its registered office at Level Eight, 63 Albert Street, Auckland Central, propose to request that the Registrar of Companies remove the company from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution.

Any person objecting to the removal of the company may do so, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, and must deliver such objection to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
