I, Alistair Joseph Rooney, hereby give notice that for the purpose of winding up a non-trading company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed as liquidator of Crum Contracting Limited with effect from the 28th day of November 2000.

The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors meeting is required to be called.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Crum Contracting Limited, I fix the 28th day of December 2000, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
