Description of Goods
Standard plasterboard with dimensions of a nominal thickness from but not including 6mm and up to but not including 12mm of any width or length (other than those dimensions already subject to anti-dumping duty).
The goods are currently classified under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 6809.11.00 10D of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
Second Schedule
Amount of Anti-dumping Duty
The amount of anti-dumping duty to be paid on demand in respect of each importation of plasterboard, imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand from Thailand, shall be:
(a) For subject goods from the suppliers and exporters listed in the Third Schedule to this notice, the amount per square metre by which the Non-Injurious-Free-On-Board amount or Normal Value Equivalent amount¹ exceeds the Thai Producer Value.²
(b) For all other suppliers of subject goods, the rate of duty set out in the Fourth Schedule to this notice.³
Third Schedule
List of Thai Producers
Thai producers, being suppliers and exporters, for which Non-Injurious-Free-On-Board and Normal Value Equivalent amounts have been established for the subject goods, are:
SCT Co Limited.
Thai Gypsum Products Public Company Limited.
Fourth Schedule
Rate of Duty for Other Suppliers
The rate of duty for the subject goods established for this category is:
58 percent ad valorem of the Thai Producer Value.
¹ The Non-Injurious-Free-On-Board amount for exports by SCT Co Limited is NZ$1.71 per square metre for imports by Sigma Agencies Limited. The New Zealand Customs Service holds the Normal Value Equivalent amount established for imports from SCT Co Limited by importers other than Sigma Agencies Limited.
² The Non-Injurious-Free-On-Board amount for exports by Thai Gypsum Products Limited is NZ$2.84 per square metre.
³ The Thai Producer Value of the goods is the price when sold at arm’s length by the Thai producer on an FOB basis, exclusive of any agent’s or reseller’s fees, margins or commissions or other similar charges.
Suppliers and exporters for which a specific duty amount has not been established, may lodge a request for a reassessment, backed by the necessary supporting evidence, that either Non-Injurious-Free-On-Board or Normal Value Equivalent amounts be established.

The Van Asch Deaf Education Centre Board of Trustees Student Election Extension Notice
Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the closing date for voting (and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000) for the election of a student representative for the Van Asch Deaf Education Centre Board of Trustees.
Voting for the election shall now close on 5 December 2000.
This notice takes effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the closing date for voting (and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000) for the election of a student representative for the Correspondence School Board of Trustees.
Voting for the election shall now close on 18 October 2000.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 Here-turi-koka (August) 1994, which was granted under those regulations to Rangee Hollis in respect of Nga Purapura Kohanga Reo (55144), situated at 53 Whitby Crescent, Flaxmere, Hastings.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
