Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 14th day of November 2000 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Guest International (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Paul Andrew de Lacey, of de Lacey & Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of November 2000.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Having regard to the likely result of the liquidation, the liquidator proposes that no meeting of creditors be held.
