Termination of Dumping Investigation—Oil Filters From Indonesia, Korea and Thailand

Notice is hereby given that, acting pursuant to section 11 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), I have terminated a dumping investigation in respect of Oil Filters from Indonesia, Korea and Thailand (the “subject goods” as described in the Notice of Initiation of Dumping Investigation of 19 June 2000 (New Zealand Gazette, 22 June 2000, page 1483)), imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand.

I have terminated the investigation because I am satisfied that the application for the investigation has been withdrawn in writing by the applicants, the New Zealand producers of oil filters, under section 11 (1) (d) of the Act.

Dated at Wellington this 13th day of November 2000.

PAUL SWAIN, Minister of Commerce.
