Road Realignment—Whitcombe Road, Kaipara District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20(1), and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Kaipara District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 75C/950.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby vested in the Hamilton City Council for use in connection with road.
