New Plymouth High Court for approval of a scheme varying the trust of the estate of Leonard Allen Alexander, farmer (deceased), late of Tikorangi.

The scheme seeks to vary the said trust by inserting into the trust deed a clause indemnifying and limiting the liability of the trustees to the assets of the trust, a clause enabling the trust to remunerate trustees or their firms or businesses for services performed in addition to their role as trustees, and a clause empowering the college boards to unanimously consent to administrative changes being made to the trust deed.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at New Plymouth on Monday, the 11th day of December 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person who desires to oppose the scheme must give written notice of their intention to oppose the scheme to the Registrar, the trustees and the Attorney-General not less than 7 days before the hearing of the application.
