Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the applicant named below, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Such certificate of title may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 14th day of December 2000.

Application 5791 by the South Wairarapa District Council for an estate in fee-simple in 1603 square metres, more or less, being part Section 207, Town of Featherston and shown as Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 89763.

The land was originally granted to John Waterhouse Buller by Crown Grant 1844 (Volume 2/112).
