Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 Mahuru (September) 1995, which was granted under those regulations to Robin Hape in respect of Kahuranaki Kohanga Reo (55333), situated at 58 Wharemoana Road, Te Hauke.
