Road Realignment—Horahora Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 (1), declares that the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (7), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and added to part Allotment 24B, Whangape Parish (soil conservation and river control purposes), New Zealand Gazette, 17 May 1979, No. 42, page 1536, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
