Revocation of Dissolution of Incorporated Society

Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that Pukekohe Association Football Club Incorporated AK. I.S. 255324 was carrying on its operations at the date of its dissolution on or about the 6th day of September 2000 under section 28 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and on the 27th day of October 2000, made a declaration that such dissolution be revoked.

I.S. 226210, an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
