Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Ron Weston Distributors Limited (in liquidation) (“the company”), which has its registered office at 43 Sale Street, Auckland, by request, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business.

The liquidation has been completed and all assets have been distributed to known creditors.

The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 15th day of November 2000.
