Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Consolidated Freightlines Limited.

The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of October 2000.
