Land Acquired for Use in Connection with a Road—State Highway No. 1, Mercer Overbridge—Franklin District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Far North Road (State Highway No. 1), Waihopo, North Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1, and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be vested in certificate of title No. 110D/114, subject to mortgage D. 01862.3.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) the land firstly described be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 110D/114;

(ii) the area secondly described be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 110D/115; and

(iii) the area thirdly described be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 110D/116;

all subject to mortgage D. 018262.3.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for reserve and vested in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares that the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) the area firstly described in the Second Schedule shall be declared esplanade reserve; and

(ii) the area secondly described in the Second
