Land Act 1948
Reservation of Land and Classification
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule as a reserve, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said land to be classified for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and to form part of the adjoining Claris Recreation Reserve.

7.7985 hectares, more or less, being Crown land, S.O. Plan 66796, situated in Block III, Tryphena Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette 1993, page 3620. Shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 69658.

Reserves Act 1977
Declaration That Land Vested in the Napier City Council is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, notifies that on the 16th day of December 1999 the Napier City Council resolved that the area of land vested in the council and described in the Schedule shall be a local purpose (sport fishing club) reserve.

First: 3950 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 16242 and being all of the land in certificate of title H4/1195 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).
Second: 40 square metres, more or less, being part Town Section 723, Napier, being part of the land in certificate of title H4/1199 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).

Revocation of Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the Shag Point Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule.

0.3000 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 26516. All certificate of title 18C/113.

Land Information New Zealand
Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998
Land in Isle Street, Queenstown—Queenstown Lakes District
Pursuant to section 25 Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, the Chief Executive of Land Information New Zealand hereby notifies that Te Runanga o Ngāi Tahu has selected the Isle Street property described in the Schedule hereto and has complied with its settlement obligations in respect to the property.
The reservation over the Isle Street property is therefore revoked, and the appointment of the Queenstown Lakes District Council to control and manage the property shall cease from 22 February 2000.

Wanaka Plantation—Queenstown Lakes District
Pursuant to section 26 Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, the Chief Executive of Land Information New Zealand hereby notifies that Te Runanga o Ngāi Tahu has selected the Wanaka Plantation property described in the Schedule hereto and has complied with its settlement obligations in respect to the property.
The reservation over the Wanaka Plantation property, is therefore revoked from 22 February 2000 and is ceased to be vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council.
