Order For Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 9th day of February 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Thomas Allan Kelly of 123 Te Hono Street, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 1 month’s periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 21 April 2000, following his conviction on 9 February 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates R. Paterson and K. Hurley have ordered that a Mazda motor vehicle, registration No. YR 2076 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Thomas Allan Kelly, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a bailiff of the District Court at Tauranga by 4.00 p.m. on the 9th day of February 2000.
