I, Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of 13 Woodford Terrace, Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 15th day of February 2000, I was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of the above company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 2nd day of September 1996 given to the National Bank of New Zealand Limited, which debenture was duly assigned to Nigel Bruce Carpenter and Mary Anne Carpenter on the 2nd day of November 1999.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
