Notice of Entitlements to Pay Out

The New Zealand Racing Industry Board hereby gives notice, under section 44A of the Racing Act 1971, that a totalisator club shall be entitled to pay out, by way of dividend, an amount less than the amount invested in respect of a place bet on which a dividend is payable, if the total amount received from place betting registered on the totalisator on the race is less than the total amount of place dividends which would otherwise have been payable on that race.

The New Zealand Racing Industry Board hereby gives notice, under section 98A of the Racing Act 1971, that the Totalisator Agency Board shall be entitled to pay out, by way of dividend, an amount less than the amount invested in respect of a place bet on which a dividend is payable, if the total amount received from place betting registered on the off-course totalisator on the race is less than the total amount of place dividends which would otherwise have been payable on that race.
