Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On 19 October 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Stephen Ross Tertivt, of 52B Valley Road, Mt Maunganui, was convicted of the following offence – dangerous driving – and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a

Subaru Omega motor vehicle, registration No. ZA 8910 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
