Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 12th day of October 2000 at 12.15 p.m., when the members appointed Derek Farrelly as liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator hereby fixes the 9th day of November 2000, as the day before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
