Road Realignment—Miti tai Road, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Whangarei District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped, and:

(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1379/12, subject to mortgage No. C. 477553.5;

(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 512/199;

(iii) The land thirdly and fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1146/84;

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land firstly described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1379/12, subject to mortgage No. C. 477553.5;
