Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of an entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of Ampro Enterprises Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Kenneth Charles Cook, of Ibbotson Cooney & Co, as liquidator of the company.
