Notice of Entitlements to Pay Out

The Racing Industry Board hereby gives notice under section 98A of the Racing Act 1971 that the Totalisator Agency Board shall be entitled to pay out, by way of dividend, an amount less than the amount invested in respect of a place bet on which a dividend is payable, if 60% or greater of the total amount received from place betting registered on the off-course totalisator on the race in respect of which that dividend is payable was bet on any one horse or greyhound in that race.

The Racing Industry Board hereby gives notice under section 44A of the Racing Act 1971 that a totalisator club shall be entitled to pay out, by way of dividend, an amount less than the amount invested in respect of a place bet on which a dividend is payable, if 60% or greater of the total amount received from place betting registered on the totalisator on the race in respect of which that dividend is payable was bet on any one horse or greyhound in that race.
