The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that Ngataringa Tennis Club Incorporated AK. I.S. 222898 was carrying on its operations at the date of its dissolution on or about the 6th day of September 2000 under section 28 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and on the 6th day of October 2000, made a declaration that such dissolution be revoked.
