Notice is also given that on the 29th day of September 2000 at 8.38 a.m., Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of P J Cooper Builders Limited pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company’s minute book.

The liquidations commenced on the dates shown above.
