Call For Submissions—Matters at Full Assessment
The authority will conduct inquiries into the draft variations to standards prepared at full assessment on the following matters.
- Application A385—Food derived from insect-protected Bt-176 corn.
- Application A386—Food derived from insect-protected, herbicide-tolerant Bt-11 corn.
You are invited to present written submissions to the authority on these matters, including the potential regulatory impact on consumers, industry and government, by Wednesday, 15 November 2000.

Dentists (Fees) Notice 2000

Title and Commencement—This notice may be cited as the Dentists (Fees) Notice 2000 and shall come into force on 2 November 2000.

Fees—Pursuant to section 79A of the Dental Act 1988, the Dental Council of New Zealand sets the following fees payable to the council specified in the attached Schedule.

Fees Inclusive of Goods and Services Tax—The fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

¹The fee is reduced to $162.50 for persons registered in the current APC year on/or after 1 December.
²The council may grant a 50% refund to registered dentists who have practised dentistry in New Zealand for less than 10 hours per week in the current APC year.
