Land Acquired for Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 1, Stoney Creek, Otago District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road and part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Declares, pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) (a) and 120 (3), the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 191/23, subject to memorandum of mortgage 860479/4 and statutory land charge 864707.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 1, Hukerenui, Whangarei and Far North Districts

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Whangarei District Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

(i) The portion of road firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 54D/1349, subject to mortgage C. 879791.4.

(ii) The portion of road secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 127A/608, subject to mortgage D. 512127.1.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of stopped Government road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated in certificate of title 127A/608, subject to mortgage D. 512127.1.

(e) Pursuant to section 119, declares the portion of land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 313/131.
