Revoking the Prohibition From Prescribing Medicines

Pursuant to section 48 (3) of the Medicines Act 1981, I, Annette King, Minister of Health, hereby revoke the notice issued on 27 March 1991 that prohibits the prescribing of benzodiazepines and their derivatives by Dr James Stanley Shanks, medical practitioner of Christchurch.
