On 28 September 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Matthew James Webster, of 286 Youngson Road, Tauranga, was convicted of the following offence – driving with excess blood alcohol – and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
