Notice is given that on the 26th day of September 2000 at 2.30 p.m., a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason be appointed as liquidators.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
