Having regard to Regulation 15 of the Radiocommunications (Radio) Regulations 1993, the Radio Spectrum Management Group of the Ministry of Economic Development has published the Engineering Consideration Document “ECD2000/4: A Draft Bandplan for 3400 – 3600 MHz”, at the Internet address:

The Ministry invites public submissions in respect of the published document until Tuesday, 21 November 2000.
