Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows:
Notice
- This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Rotorua 2000, No. 5.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
- The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
